Suboxone

The Counseling Center of Nashua offers comprehensive services for a person seeking recovery from opioid dependence through Suboxone maintenance. Suboxone is a proven treatment for opiate addiction. We provide Psychiatric provision of this medication in conjunction with available therapy with licensed substance abuse specialists to support long-term sobriety. The primary goal of this program is to assist clients to achieve abstinence from addiction, both physical and psychological, and to make the necessary motivational, life style and social changes necessary to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle. The Counseling Center offers the private and confidential setting of a doctor's office so a patient is afforded treatment with discretion. Suboxone treatment is convenient in that once an individual is established in this program Suboxone maintenance allows for monthly visits with the Psychiatrist - as opposed to daily treatments required with Methadone maintainence. The supportive therapeutic services offered to sustain relapse prevention are also available to extended family members to support their coping with the addict's situation and adjusting to any needed changes in family dynamics.
